PROGRAM: The weekend’s event will consist of the Down Hill discipline (only).

WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DEADLINE 13th AUGUST 2007

The track will close on Friday 12noon until OFFICIAL practise – Saturday.

Competitors must register prior to loading their bikes onto transport
No race number - no practise – no race. . . .

Friday:
Registration 2.30pm – 5.30pm
Access road closed from 12noon and Track Open for walking only – ‘no bikes’

Saturday:
Registration 7.30am – 5.30pm
THEN closed for event
BBQ available from 11am – 2pm only
Practise 7.30am – 5.30pm
If you do intend doing sections, please walk off the course.

Sunday:
Practise 7.30am – 10.30am
Final schedule depends on the number of riders entered.
Compulsory practise – MUST DO 1 run
BBQ available from 10am – 12noon
Race: 12 noon
Presentations: Straight after racing concludes.

Entry Fee:
All MTBA categories
Juniors – (to U17) $65
Seniors – U19 & over $70
Elite – men & women $80

All riders must present a current MTBA annual license for entry. Day licenses can be purchased for $15.00.

How to get there: 
From Sarina – First turn L opposite Sarina Showgrounds. Follow signs to Eton township then turn L to Nth Eton and follow signs to Nth Eton on L. Travelling from the north, turn down Marian Hampden Rd after the township of Kuttabul, follow though to Marian township then turn L opposite garage down Nth Eton Rd and then follow the signs to Kinchant Dam. From Mackay – follow the Peak Downs Hwy from the City Gates towards the Eton township and the Kinchant Dam turnoff is sign posted.

Full face helmet is compulsory and body armour is recommended as per MTBA rules and guidelines.
